Access and/or use of this Website confers the condition of User, which implies, from said access and/or use, the reading, understanding and acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained herein, in the version published at the time of accessing the same. In this sense, User shall be understood as the person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities developed on the Website. Access, browsing and use of the Website entails and implies acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and the Conditions of Use and Privacy that it includes.
ASCELET reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable independently of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are obligatory.
Access to certain content offered through the Website may be subject to certain specific conditions which, depending on the case, replace, complete and/or modify these general conditions. The relationship between ASCELET and the User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any litigation or dispute arising from the Website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Murcia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
