2.- Ámbito de aplicación/Usuario
Access and/or use of this Website confers the condition of User, which implies, from said access and/or use, the reading, understanding and acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained herein, in the version published at the time of accessing the same. In this sense, User shall be understood as the person who accesses, browses, uses or participates in the services and activities developed on the Website. Access, browsing and use of the Website entails and implies acceptance by the User of this Legal Notice and the Conditions of Use and Privacy that it includes.
ASCELET reserves the right to modify, at any time, the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable independently of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are obligatory.
Access to certain content offered through the Website may be subject to certain specific conditions which, depending on the case, replace, complete and/or modify these general conditions. Therefore, before accessing and using said content, the User must carefully read the corresponding specific conditions.

3.- Access
In general, the User may access the Website freely and free of charge. The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. ASCELET reserves the right to limit access to certain areas of the Website for which the User must register. In this registration, the User shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the User will have a password for which he/she will be responsible, undertaking to use it diligently and confidentially. The password will be personal and non-transferable. The User must keep it secret and undertakes not to transmit it, transfer it or allow its use to third parties, assuming all responsibility for the consequences of its disclosure to third parties. Likewise, the User will be responsible for the illicit use of the Website by any illegitimate third party who uses a password for this purpose due to non-diligent use or loss of the same by the User.

  The User shall be liable for damages of any kind that ASCELET may suffer, directly or indirectly, as a result of the breach of any of the obligations arising from these General Conditions or the law in relation to the use of the Website.
  ASCELET, creator of the Website, reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. Likewise, it shall be entitled to exclude the User from the Website in the event of the alleged commission of any of the crimes or offences defined by the current Penal Code, or in the event of observing conduct which, in the opinion of ASCELET, is contrary to morality, order, good customs or the internal rules of ASCELET, or which disturbs the proper functioning, image, credibility and/or prestige of ASCELET.
  In any case, ASCELET shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by the User through forums, chats or other participation tools.

5.- Disclaimer of warranties and liability of the Website
ASCELET reserves the right to interrupt access to its Website, as well as the provision of any or all of the content presented through it at any time and without notice, whether for technical, security, control, maintenance, power failure or any other cause.
Consequently, ASCELET does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

• Reliability, continuity and unavailability of the Website or its content
• Service interruptions, delays, errors and malfunctions of the service

• The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the Website or on the server that provides it.

7.- Intellectual and Industrial Property
ASCELET, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, graphics, icons, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, source code, etc.), owned by ASCELET or its licensors.
Pursuant to the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of the Website, for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of ASCELET, are expressly prohibited. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by . ASCELET shall pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its Website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law. The non-exercise or execution, by ASCELET, of any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver of the same, unless acknowledged and agreed in writing by ASCELET.
In the event that any provision of this Legal Notice is held invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of the Legal Notice.

10.- Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between ASCELET and the User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any litigation or dispute arising from the Website shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Murcia, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
